Welcome to our New Faculty!

The Philosophy Department would like to welcome two new additions to our faculty: Andreja Novakovic and Adam Harmer.

Andreja Novakovic’s research focuses on the work of G.W.F. Hegel.  She is currently writing a book about habit and reflection in Hegel’s account of modern ethical life.  More generally she has a strong interest in the nature social critique — its standpoint, its resources, its consequences.

Adam Harmer’s area of interest include Early Modern Philosophy, Leibniz’s  Metaphysics, Philosophy of Mathematics, and Logic.
