Conference format:
The papers will be preread. Each section will begin with a thirty minute discussion from each commentator, followed by a thirty minute response by the speaker, and a thirty minute general discussion. There will be plenty of time between sessions for informal discussion as well. There will be a banquet Friday 22 Feb.
