Action Theory, Ethics, Moral Psychology, Epistemology
Zac’s research focuses on issues at the intersection of action theory and ethics. Current research projects include understanding the role of our rational capacities in controlling action and how they fail in cases of akrasia, the normativity of practical reason, the nature and norms of blame, and the naturalism/nonnaturalism debate about practical reasons. Other interests include justification in epistemology, free will, and the history of ethics. For more information, visit Zac’s website.
